Felony charges for injuries to 8-month-old

WISCONSIN RAPIDS (AP) - A Nekoosa man and a Racine woman are charged with physically abusing an 8-month-old boy. Twenty-seven-year-old Robert Winker and 20-year-old Kurstyn Bieneman are facing multiple felony charges in Wood County, including child neglect resulting in great bodily harm. Full Story: WAOW
