New judge assigned in embezzlement case

A new judge has been assigned in the case of a Wausau woman accused of stealing more than $5,000 from a law firm and using some of the money to pay back $120,000 she owes from a 1994 embezzlement conviction in federal court. Susan Adams, 58, was charged in Marathon County Circuit Court Aug. 8 with seven counts of forgery and one count of embezzlement. Full Story: Wausau Daily Herald
