A former a Wausau business owner facing several fraud and theft charges is now charged with three counts of child sexual assault in Waupaca County.
According to the criminal complaint obtained by WLUK-TV, Jay Fischer, 52, is accused of repeatedly touching a girl when she was 12 to 15 years old. Online court records list the offense dates as occurring between Sept. 2010 and July 2012.
