Case against former Adams Co. deputy takes new turn

ADAMS COUNTY (WAOW) - The case against a former Adams County deputy charged with battery and disorderly conduct has taken a new turn. Richard Sedevic, 34, was scheduled to enter a plea in December, but he decided to get an attorney, said David Knaapen, the special prosecutor in charge of the case. Now, Knaapen plans to meet with the attorney in February to try to come to a plea agreement. Full Story: WAOW
