Crews Put out Basement Fire on Wausau's North Side

The Wausau Fire Department responded to a report of a basement fire at 712 Park Avenue Sunday afternoon that had already been extinguished before firefighters arrived. A member of the Wausau Fire Department says that quick action helped save the house. Occupants in the home tore through insulation and other debris in the basement to put the fire out before firefighters arrived. Full Story: WSAW
