Help available to pay heating bills

There's some help again this year for people who have trouble paying for heat. Wisconsin Public Service is reminding low-income customers to check out a program that helps with heating bills. The program is administered by the state and paid for with federal dollars. It also offers emergency furnace repair and energy counseling. Full Story: WAOW
