No one likes to spend Christmas alone or hungry. For many Wausau residents, they didn't have to, thanks to a local holiday tradition. Tuesday was the 44th Annual Community Christmas Dinner, where young and old came together in song and in appetite to enjoy some good company and a warm meal.
"It's a really nice place to come on Christmas because of all your friends," Susan Reed said. She's been coming to the dinner for the past four years. If it weren't for this event, she says she'd be alone at home watching TV.
