The Rose Garden to close banquet hall in January

The Rose Garden will close its banquet center facility on Wausau’s west side in January and focus its business on catering and meal delivery. The Rose Garden opened in 1994 at 131 West Thomas St. The Rose Garden has been one of Wausau’s most well-known locations the past 20 years as the event has hosted fundraisers, political events, weddings and served as a polling place for elections.
