UPDATE: Merrill restaurant ordered to pay in sexual harassment lawsuit

UPDATE - The owner of a Merrill restaurant has been ordered to pay $41,000 in a sexual harassment and retaliation lawsuit. The announcement was made by the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. According to a press release, one of the cooks at New Pine Ridge restaurant, Shahi N. Selmani, created a sexually hostile work environment when he repeatedly made crude remarks to waitresses and grabbed their breasts. Full Story: WAOW
