WESTON Wonderfully Made Child Development Center told parents Thursday that it is closing its doors today, leaving about 50 families scrambling to find places for their kids and other daycare centers juggling to provide room.
Wonderfully Made owner Dawn Paglini told a Daily Herald Media reporter that her staff has been been working without pay for eight weeks and they’ve finally had enough, leaving her no alternative but to shut down. She blamed the sudden closing on her husband of four months, 45-year-old Timothy Swinea, who she claimed mismanaged the business.
