LINCOLN COUNTY (WAOW) - Three women face felony drug charges after officers accused them of distributing heroin, according to a press release from the Lincoln County Sheriff's Office.
Authorities report that officers filed federal indictments against Leanna Marie Wells, 32, of Merrill, Jennifer Lynn Roper, 47, of Merrill, and Rose Helen Kirmsse, 32, of Black Creek.
